We are more than just an online gaming platform. 1899 rich is built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best gaming experience to Malaysian players — with real wins that can be withdrawn quickly.
1899 rich began with a simple yet powerful vision — to build an online gaming platform that truly understands what Malaysian players need and want. Not a platform focused solely on profit, but one that builds lasting relationships with its player community through honesty, fast payouts, and an engaging gameplay experience.
From day one, 1899 rich has focused on what matters most to players: trust. We know the Malaysian market is full of options, but not every platform keeps its promises. Some pay slowly, some hide withdrawal conditions in the fine print, and some show little regard for players' personal data security. We rejected all of that and chose to build a platform players can trust wholeheartedly.
Today, 1899 rich has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from every corner of the country — from Perlis to Sabah, from major cities to small towns. Every day, thousands of players log in to enjoy our vast game library, spanning progressive jackpot slots, Live Casino with real dealers, Sports Betting, Bingo, and electronic betting.
The mission of 1899 rich is clear: to become the most trusted and most beloved online gaming platform in Malaysia. To fulfil this mission, we uphold a set of core values that have never wavered, even as our platform continues to grow rapidly.
Transparency is our first value. All bonus terms, game RTP rates, withdrawal limits, and data protection policies are stated clearly and in plain language. No confusing fine print, no hidden conditions that only surface when players attempt to withdraw their winnings.
Payout Speed is the second value we take seriously. At 1899 rich, withdrawals to local bank accounts such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB are processed within 1 to 3 minutes. Withdrawals to e-wallets are instant. This is not just a marketing claim — it is an operational standard we uphold every single day.
Security is our third value. Our platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring all transactions and players' personal data are never exposed to unauthorised parties. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts, and our KYC process is designed to protect players — not to inconvenience them.
What sets 1899 rich apart from other platforms is the way we view our relationship with players. To us, every player is not just a number in the system. They are members of the 1899 rich community who deserve our full attention, respect, and the best service we can offer.
Our customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — no public holidays, no days off. Whether you have questions about promotions, are facing technical issues, or need help with the withdrawal process — our team is ready to assist in the shortest time possible. Our average live chat response time is under 2 minutes, and we take pride in that record.
We also care deeply about responsible gaming. 1899 rich provides self-control tools that allow players to set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, or activate a personal cooling-off period. We believe that healthy, controlled gameplay is the foundation of an enjoyable long-term gaming experience.
